At the front of the villa is a large terrace with a built in barbecue and a set of table and chairs for al fresco dining where in the evenings you can enjoy the stunning views over the Bay of Assos with the Venetian Fortress in the back ground. The front door to Prikonas leads onto a fully equipped kitchen complete with a full oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with shower and wc and a set of three steps which lead up into a spacious open plan lounge and dining area with high wooden vaulted ceilings.

A further set of steps lead from the lounge onto a wooden gallery which forms the master double bedroom and overlooks the living area. A set of french doors open out from the lounge onto a spectacular private infinity pool and amazing panoramic sea views. At the bottom of the garden steep steps lead down 100metres to the seafront, to a small rock swimming platform, here you can swim to a  beach which is only 200 metres away, which normally can only be reached by boat.
