Villa Maistrali, waterfront villa, is a fully air conditioned end of terrace three bedroom villa, that has been tastefully furnished with a mixture of both modern and traditional greek furniture. The front entrance opens onto a modern fully equipped kitchen next to a small family shower room with wc. A half set of steps lead down from the kitchen into the open plan living area consisting of a spacious lounge and dining room with arched double doors leading onto a spacious balcony with built in BBQ and where in the evenings you can dine al fresco whilst enjoying spectacular sunsets over both Assos Castle and the Ionian Sea.

Steps lead down from the lounge balcony to the swimming pool where there are sun loungers and umbrellas. Upstairs on the first floor is a double bedroom which has its own private balcony overlooking the sea. On the second floor there is a twin bedroom with a separate family bathroom that all the bedrooms share. The third bedroom is located in the attic and is a larger double bedroom with wooden vaulted ceilings and windows that overlook the castle and sea. Steep steps lead down 100metres to the seafront, to a small rock swimming platform, here you can swim to a  beach which is only 200 metres away, which normally can only be reached by boat.
